Site work and paving for a sidewalk / parking lot in Billings, Montana. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
Attention to Bidders is particularly called to the requirement as to conditions of employment to be observed and Montana Prevailing Wage Rates are required under the Contract. This project requires the Contractor to comply with 1% Gross Receipts Tax per Montana Code Annotated. A Bid Bond in the amount of 10% of the contract amount is required with submission of Bid. And 100% Performance and Payment Bonds are required from the Contractor prior to work commencing on site. Project Description: Project includes approximately 86,000 total square feet for the parking lot at Castle Rock Park in Billings, Montana. Project also consists of associated utility work, hardscape, lawn repair, and irrigation sleeving of the immediate area. The project will be awarded to the lowest responsible bidder pending City Council approval. The Owner reserves the right to waive all informalities or reject any or all Bids.
