Reference number: 1830609 Deadline for receiving complaints: 2024-04-11 Redevelopment of some laboratories and offices on the 2nd and 3rd floors of the Paul Desmarais building to relocate researchers. Summary of interventions to be carried out: In architecture, the laboratory redevelopment project includes the demolition and construction of gypsum walls, minor repairs to concrete slabs, replacement of vinyl tile flooring, sanding/waxing of floors, replacement of suspended acoustic tile ceilings, construction of a gypsum fall, woodworking work (demolition of existing furniture and construction of new furniture), Painting and patching of walls, installation of accessories (curtains, bottle holders and shelves). Plan for coordination work with electromechanical work (grooves in the walls and temporary openings in the ceilings of suspended acoustic tiles).
