Proof of Liability Insurance, with limits of at least $1,000,000.00, proof of Workers Compensation and Herbicide B.U. License must be submitted with bids. Unity Township must be listed as an Additional Insured on all policies issued. The Township Supervisors reserve the right to reject any bid for non-compliance with bidding requirements.
