Scope of Work The City of Miramar, Florida (City ) is soliciting quotes from responsive, responsible qualified vendors/contractors to furnish all materials, equipment, and labor for the renovation of the 3rd floor restroom renovation at the Miramar Town Center building A located at 2300 Civic Center Place, Miramar, FL 33025. The Work shall be completed within six (6) weeks from the date of commencement. QUESTIONS All questions shall be submitted in writing to Jason Chong at email address jdchong@miramarfl.gov, no later than Tuesday, April 2 nd , 2024, at 5pm. The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids/proposals, to waive any informality in a bid/proposal and/or in the bidding/selection process, and to make awards, if awarded, to the lowest responsive, responsible bidder/offeror as deemed in the best interest of the City.
