The contractor shall furnish all labor, tools, materials, equipment, supplies, and supervision to perform work as described in the statement of work as required by the contract drawings and specifications of Project#512-23-901 Exterior Granite Repair at Baltimore VA Maryland Healthcare System in accordance with the solicitation documents. This contract will demolish for the exterior veneer graphite on grade to roof levels. The full scope of work can be found in the A/E 100% CD Drawings and Design Analysis. All work must follow VA and local guidelines as well as Specifications provided by the A/E from the 100% submissions.
