The City of Kirksville will accept sealed bids for 2024 CIPP Program. Bid will be awarded based on the best interests and value to the City. The City reserves the right to refuse any bid for any reason. No bidder may withdraw bid for a period of ninety (90) calendar days after the day of opening bids. All wages paid for work under this contract shall comply with requirements of the prevailing wage law of the State of Missouri. General Description and Scope of Work: The Work to be performed under the provisions of these Contract Documents, drawings, and specifications shall be consistent with the General Conditions Article 6 in the construction, installation and completion of all work required in connection with 2022 CIPP Project, City of Kirksville, Missouri. Contractor shall confine Work to the available right-of-way, temporary construction easements and construction limits as shown on the Contract Drawings or as directed by the Engineer. The Owner shall not be liable for any damage caused by Contractor's use of such property. Contractor at his option may negotiate 3rd party access agreement(s). A copy of any agreements between property owners and Contractor shall be forwarded to ENGINEER prior to the start of Work.
