Site work, paving and new construction of a mixed-use development in Manchester, Connecticut. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; water / sewer project; sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for the construction of a playground / park / athletic field.

Work under this contract includes the construction of a 360' x 240' synthetic turf playing field and a 74-stall bituminous concrete parking lot at 30 Charter Oak Street in Manchester. Work includes excavation; grading; synthetic turf field installation with resilient pad and field drainage system; bituminous concrete paving; installation of extruded concrete curbs, concrete sidewalks and pads, site lighting, storm drainage systems, timber rail and accessories; turf establishment and other incidental items. The project includes alternate bid items for the furnishing and installation of LED sports lighting, construction of a 42' x 16' CMU block utility building and the furnishing and installation of aluminum bleachers.
