The Project includes the following approximate quantities of Work: The base project includes 37,500 square yards of street pulverization and asphalt paving; 3,700 square yards of sidewalk and driveway apron replacement; 6,000 linear feet of curb replacement; 400 linear feet of storm sewer; spot inlet replacement; 500 cubic yards of parking lot fill; the pulverization and asphalt paving of three parking lots totaling 6,500 square yards; and miscellaneous loading dock removal. The Bid must be accompanied by Bid security made payable to OWNER in an amount of 10% of the Bidder's maximum Bid price. The Village of Cottage Grove reserves the right to reject any or all Bids, to waive any technicality, and to accept any Bid which it deems advantageous.
