As of April 24, 2024, bids received were rejected as they were over the budget. No definite date yet for rebid. The Scope of Work includes but is not limited to the following 1. The scope of work for this project includes, but is not limited to, replacement of antiquated exhaust fan equipment in kind. 2. The Scope of Work for the project is determined by the complete construction documentation, including all addenda thereto issued during the Proposal cycle, and is not limited by the brief summary of Work provided here. The scope of work for this project includes, but is not limited to, canopy repairs at the existing drive way loop Proposals must be accompanied by Proposal security in the form of (1) a Proposal bondor certified or Millburn Board of Education equal to 10%of the amount of the Proposal, butin no case to exceed $20,000.00 per N.J.S.A. 18A:18A-24, and (2) Certificate of Consent of Sure typerN.J.S.A. 18A:18A-25. The successful Proposer will be required to furnish additional bonds as specified in Document 00 21 13 Instructions to Proposers The Millburn Board of Education reserves the right to reject all Proposals, to waive minor immaterial defects in any Proposal, or to award a lump sum contract, in accordance with applicable laws, including No Proposal may be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) days after the opening date.
