Canopy Repairs and Slate Roof Replacement at Washington and Wyoming Elementary School PSA Commission Number 9519WA, The scope of this project includes, but is not limited to, building system improvements throughout the aforementioned buildings. Building system improvements include canopy repairs at the driveway loop at Washington School, and replacement of the existing slate roof at Wyoming Elementary School. Bids must be accompanied by bid security in the form of (1) a bid bond or certified or cashier's check payable to Millburn Board of Education equal to 10% of the amount of the bid, but in no case to exceed $20,000.00 per N.J.S.A. 18A:18A-24, and (2) Certificate of Consent of Surety per N.J.S.A. 18A:18A-25. The Millburn Board of Education reserves the right to reject any nonresponsive bids or all bids pursuant to N.J.S.A. 18A:18A-22 and to waive minor informalities or non-material exceptions, that may be in the best interest of the Board.
