Site work and renovation of a civil project in Herndon, Kansas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.
Rehabilitation of the City's existing wastewater treatment lagoon facility including dewatering/transfer pumping each lagoon cell separately for the repairing of interior dike slopes back to design standards of 3' horizontal to 1' vertical, adding a 12" thick layer of riprap erosion protection (approx. 805 ton) along interior of all dikes, removing and replacing all existing influent and transfer structures and piping with a new intake control structure and new 8" DIP piping into lagoon cells 1 and 2, a new transfer structure and piping out of cell 1, a new transfer structure and piping out of cell 2, two (2) new transfer manholes, approximately 310 l.f. of 8" SDR 35 transfer piping, post construction seeding and all miscellaneous and appurtenant work as required.
