Site work and paving for a road / highway in Altus, Oklahoma. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
The AMA/CITY OF ALTUS reserves the right to accept or reject any and/or all portions therefore, or to waive any informalities in the bidding. CONTRACT TIME If awarded the Contract, the UNDERSIGNED agrees to complete the work within 120 calendar days of the commencement of the Contract Time. SCOPE OF WORK After the construction work has been completed, the CONTRACTOR shall remove all debris, trash, excess materials, form lumber, etc., occasioned by CONTRACTOR’S work from the premises, and shall leave the construction site in workmanlike condition and in a neat appearance for the final acceptance. All excavation shall be backfilled and all excess excavated materials shall be disposed of as specified. Waste heaps where permitted, shall be dressed up and left in a neat appearance. All stakes, guy wires, braces, etc., occasioned by the work shall be pulled up or cut off at the ground and removed from the premises. SCOPE OF WORK This work shall include the construction of Portland cement concrete paving. The work shall be carried out to the lines and grades called for by the drawings. This work shall be in accordance with Section 414 of the Standard Specifications for Highway Construction, Edition of 2009, published by the Oklahoma Transportation Commission.
