Transformers for Reservoir Parking Lot The City of Altus/Altus Municipal Authority, herein after called the "City," is seeking bids for Seven (7) 50 KVA 240/120 V, 1 Phase Padmount Transformers. The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to study all bids for thirty (30) days prior to bid award. The City reserves the right to award this bid in whole or in part as deemed in the best interest of the City. Bids received more than ninety six (96) hours before the time set for opening of bids, or any bid received after the time set for the opening of bids, shall not be considered and shall be returned unopened. The City does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, national origin, sex, religion, age, veteran status or handicap status, in; employment decisions, the procurement of services, the selection of suppliers or awarding of bids and/or contracts. Award shall be based on a determination of the lowest qualified bid.
