This is the official solicitation for the FY24 Maintenance and Repair (M&R) recompete at JB MDL NJ. Please read through the solicitation in its entirety and view all attachments. The project consists of, but is not limited to, the following: asbestos abatement/removal, lead and lead based paint abatement/removal, masonry, electrical, painting, and carpet laying. Project Title: FY24 Maintenance and Repair recompete at Joint Base McGuire Dix Lakehurst (JB MDL), New Jersey (NJ) Project Location: JB MDL A) The project consists of, but is not limited to, the following: asbestos abatement/removal, lead and lead based paint abatement/removal, masonry, electrical, painting, and carpet laying. B) This solicitation will result in a single award requirements contract and is set aside for a HUBZone small Businesses. The contract will consist of a one-year base period plus four one-year option periods and a 6 month extension of services, if exercised. Future Orders will be issued against the CLIN prices established under the terms and conditions of the awarded contract when a requirement is known and funding becomes available. C) The NAICS code is 236220 and the size standard is $45,000,000.00. D) Enter proposal price in Att J-8 "Bid Schedule" with individual unit prices rounded to the nearest hundredth. Only complete the individual prices within each worksheet of the Att J-8 Bid Schedule Workbook; the solicitation price schedule listed as line items 0001, 1001, 2001, 3001, 4001, and 5001 are for the totals of the correlating period of performance. E) Contractor should reference Section L, Instructions, Conditions, and Notices to Offerors for preparation of proposals. The solicitation will be evaluated using price/past performance information as stated in section M. F) In accordance with DFARS 236.204, the estimated contract ceiling of this construction project ranges between $25,000,000.00 and $100,000,000.00.
