Demolition and site work for a fire / police facility in Columbus, Ohio. Completed plans call for the demolition of a fire / police facility; and for site work for a fire / police facility.
This project has an MBE/WBE participation goal of twenty percent (20%). The Work of Project is defined by the Contract Documents and consists of the following: 1. Complete demolition and removal of existing structure, plumbing, HVAC, electrical, and architectural components of the building 2. Removal and disposal of generator and proper disposal of all fuel, fuel filters, lubricant oil, and coolant 3. Disposal of a material waste, including hazardous materials 4. Salvage of any items identified by the Owner for salvage 5. Fill and leveling of site, according to Civil Engineering plans All work shall be substantially complete within 3 months of the Notice to Proceed. QUESTIONS Questions pertaining to the drawings and specifications, IFB, and/or other contract documents must be submitted in writing only to the A/E, Heapy ATTN: David Lovano, via email [dclovano@heapy.com] prior to April 15, 2024 at 11:00 AM local time. No phone calls will be accepted.
