interested in and qualified to provide landside Architectural/Design on-call services at John Glenn Columbus International, Rickenbacker International, and Bolton Field Airports. The services may include, but are not limited to: o Geo-technical investigation and surveys o Traffic and Roadway studies o Design services for necessary site and building infrastructure o Design services for potential projects o Landscaping/Lighting Design o Various levels of cost estimating/scheduling o Life Cycle Analysis o Storm water analysis and subsequent design of the required solution o Meeting coordination and attendance o Necessary outside agency (city, state, federal) coordination o Development of construction documents o Assistance with bidding/bid process management o A/E Services during construction o Spaces associated with FAA submittals or funding.
