This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested. The Government reserves the right to make no award from this solicitation. Solicitation number 36C25024Q0544 is being issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). The government anticipates awarding a firm-fixed price contract resulting from this solicitation. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2024-03, effective February 23, 2024. The associated North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 811210 (size standard $34.0 million). This requirement is 100% set aside for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB). The Department of Veterans Affairs, Veterans Health Administration, Network Contracting Office (NCO) 10 requires a contractor to replace and install air-conditioning (A/C) units for Ann Arbor VA Medical Center, located in Ann Arbor, Michigan. Please reference the Statement of Work for specific information and requirements. The anticipated contract period is June 6, 2024 March 5, 2025 Quotes MUST be received on or before the date and time specified in Block 8 of the SF1449 Solicitation.
