Reference Number 0000348961 The Ann Arbor Downtown Development Authority (DDA) is seeking qualified consultant firms or teams to share best practice, conduct research, perform analysis, and develop recommendations for a Downtown Ann Arbor Bike Parking Toolkit. The bike parking toolkit must be value-driven and practical. The toolkit should aim to improve access to public bike parking downtown, support a greater variety of bicycle types, flexibility to address shifting demand, and accommodate various storage needs. Recommendations must reflect the values established through the DDA's PeopleFriendly Streets Projects, with an emphasis on access, inclusivity, and a vibrant downtown.
