Reference Number 0000348962 The City of Ann Arbor, Parks and Recreation Services Unit, is seeking the services of a firm to provide as-needed playground improvement services. A Professional Services contract will be awarded to one company for a period of five fiscal years for miscellaneous playground improvement services, with the City reserving an option to extend the contract term for up to two additional one-year periods. Expenditures are capped at a Not to Exceed Amount of $350,000 per fiscal year. Actual expenditure per fiscal year within the capped amount will vary dependent on needed services for the respective year. The City's fiscal year begins on July 1st and ends on June 30th.
