Renovation of a clubhouse / community center in North Chicago, Illinois. Completed plans call for the renovation of a clubhouse / community center.
Scope of work o Removal and proper disposal of existing system per EPA guidelines o Install Carrier 8-ton single circuit condensing unit o Install Carrier 8-ton packaged air handling unit with combo mixing box section o Flush and reuse existing refrigeration line set o All ductwork modifications o Connect to existing piping, controls and electrical o All materials and labor required for installation o Complete system start up o Labor & all materials warranted for one year from date of installation Questions Due Date/Time: 04/08/2024 11:00 AM, CST Questions Details: If any prospective Vendor is in doubt as to the true meaning of any part of the Package, such prospective Vendor shall submit to Owner an email, not later than the date and time listed above, directed to Owner's Purchasing Division, purchasingdept@LCFPD.org, for an interpretation thereof.
