AMENDMENT 0002 The purpose of this amendment is to release the site visit roster sheet. The site visit was held on May 13, 2024. Attachment for Amendment 0002 includes: Site Visit Roster Sheet The Contractor shall furnish all labor, transportation, supervision, material, equipment, and performing all operations to provide replacement of all sealant, caulking, and backer rod from pre-cast concrete horizontal structure of parking structure at precast double T sections. Work does not include floor level 1 slab on grade locations. The work shall be performed at a parking structure consisting of two above ground levels, located at Great Lakes Naval Station, in Great Lakes, IL. The work shall be performed at Building 7401, Lake Michigan Parking Structure onboard Naval Station Great Lakes (Great Lakes, IL).
