PRESOLICITATION NOTICE Phasing Plan Imaging Area Construction Study The Department of Veterans Affairs, 2300 Ramsey St., Fayetteville, North Carolina has a requirement for a contractor to provide professional engineering services to conduct a phasing plan study for construction of the imaging area.
