For the purchase of the following Vacant Lots - General Lawn and Plant Maintenance The initial contract will be awarded for a period of one year with the option to renew for three (3) additional one-year periods for a potential total of four (4) maximum years upon the agreement of all parties. The City of Fayetteville s fiscal year is June 1 through July 30. Contract Period: Fiscal Year runs July 1 through June 30. All questions regarding this RFQ shall be submitted in writing to the Attention of Kimberly Toon, Purchasing Manager via email to kimberlytoon@fayettevillnec.gov no later than 5:00 p.m.A March 22, 2024. The right is reserved to reject any or all bids and to waive all informalities concerning bid or award bid to the lowest, responsible bidder or bidders, taking into consideration quality, performance and the time specified in the proposals for the performance of the contract.
