PRESOLICITATION NOTICE Phasing Plan Imaging Area Construction Study The Department of Veterans Affairs, 2300 Ramsey St., Fayetteville, North Carolina has a requirement for a contractor to provide professional engineering services to conduct a phasing plan study for construction of the imaging area. The VA anticipates issuing a solicitation for this requirement on or about April 12, 2024. Proposals will be accepted commencing with the issuance date of the solicitation. Interested contractors will be responsible for downloading copies of the solicitation (and any subsequent amendments) from the www.beta.sam.gov website, and no hard copies will be made available. The solicitation will provide instructions to contractors about the proposal submission process.
