Renovation of an educational facility in Grants Pass, Oregon. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Grants Pass School District 7 will be releasing a Request for Proposal utilizing a Construction Manager/General Contractor (CM/GC) process for the seismic retrofit of the existing Lincoln Elementary School and Re-roof of Redwood Elementary School. The re-roof of Redwood Elementary School involves the removal of existing metal roof and built-up roof systems for install of new composition shingle roof systems. The seismic retrofit of Lincoln Elementary School includes the rehabilitation to the existing lateral system components in order to meet the requirements for "Immediate Occupancy" as outlined in ASCE 41-17. This will be accomplished by adding to or altering the existing structure and lateral load path to the building foundation. Question Deadline 04/10/2024.
