the Proposed Work Includes Approximately the Following: Installation of 2, 48" Electric Sanitary Sewer Manholes, 40 Lf of 8" Sanitary Sewer Main; 988 Lf of 18" Sanitary Sewer Main; 14 4" Sewer Laterals; Asphalt Paving and Patching Concrete Curb, Sidewalk and Gutters, Concrete Sidewalk Ramp and Truncated Domes; and Landscape Restoration. The City of Grants Pass May Reject Any Bid Not in Compliance With All Public Bidding Procedures and Requirements, May Waive Any Irregularities, and May Reject for Good Cause Any or All Bids Upon a Finding of the City It is in the Public Interest to Do So. The class or classes of work for which bidders must prequalify are the following: TEMPORARY FEATURES AND APPURTENANCES, ROADWORK, DRAINAGE AND SEWERS, BASES, WEARING SURFACES AND RIGHT OF WAY DEVELOPMENT AND CONTROL. SPECIAL NOTE! The work shall be completed no later than forty-five (45) calendar days after a written "Notice to Proceed" is given to the Contractor by City.
