Renovation of a water / sewer project in Grants Pass, Oregon. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.
Project scope includes but is not limited to construction of a new membrane filtration plant. Trades needed for this bid include only Offsite Pipeline and Pre-Engineered Metal Building. The City of Grants Pass has hired Slayden Constructors, Inc. as the Design-Builder for a new water treatment plant located at 755 SE J street. As of December 17, 2024, the Design / Build firm will act as General Contractor. All subcontract trades have been let and set. Design/ Builder is seeking final project approval. Construction is anticipated to start May 2025. All work other than the PW Tie-in can be completed any time prior to August 2027.
