The City of Grants Pass (City) is requesting proposals for the supply and delivery of treatment plant bulk chemicals for use in the City's Water Restoration Plant (WRP) process. The WRP facility is located at 1200 SW Greenwood Avenue, Grants Pass, Oregon, 97526. Required chemical a digested sludge dewatering polymer. Question Deadline 08/09/2024 Questions and inquiries regarding this RFP should be directed to Gary Brelinski, Water Restoration Plant Superintendent, 541.450.6122, gbrelinkski@grantspassoregon.gov or Arron Bowman, 541.450.6140, abowman@grantspassoregon.gov. The agreement is anticipated to start on August 30, 2024, and end on June 30, 2027. We are requesting a three-year contract. Additionally, at the option of the City, the contract may, with a 30-day written notice to the vendor, be extended for an additional one-year increment. At the end of the one-year period the City may extend the contract for another one-year period upon 30-day written notice to vendor.
