The City of Aliso Viejo (City) is requesting proposals (Proposals) from qualified consultants (Respondents) for: ON-CALL LANDSCAPE PLAN CHECK SERVICES A pre-proposal meeting will not be held for this project. The term of this Agreement shall be from July 1, 2024 to June 30, 2027, unless earlier terminated as provided herein. The City Manager shall have the unilateral option, at its sole discretion, to renew this Agreement annually for no more than two additional one-year terms. Consultant shall complete the Services within the term of this Agreement, and shall meet any other established schedules and deadlines. Anticipated Final Selection 4/24/24 Council Approval 5/15/24 Project Start 7/1/24 A detailed Scope of Work is attached hereto as Attachment 1. The Respondent will be expected to fulfill, at a minimum, the services and technical requirements described in the attached Scope of Work. The purpose of the Proposal is to demonstrate the qualifications, competence and capacity of Respondent to perform the work or provide the services described in this Request for Proposals (RFP). The Proposal should demonstrate the qualifications of the Respondent and of the particular staff to be assigned to this project.
