**As of October 21, 2025, the project was awarded to TrueLine Construction and Surfacing, Inc., with an awarded amount of $252,371.40.** The work includes the following: concrete removal and replacement, concrete grinding, concrete sealant, aquatic surfacing. The City of Aliso Viejo ("City") is requesting proposals from qualified firms to provide material recommendations and installation costs for suitable aquatic surfacing at the Aliso Viejo Aquatic Center located at 29 Santa Barbara. There are three (3) areas indicated on the map in Attachment 1. Materials shall meet requirements in the specifications and the costs for each area shall be clearly identified in the proposal. Multiple material/cost options may be submitted for review. Anticipated budget for this project is around $275,000 The engineer's estimate for this work is approximately $325,000.
