The purpose of this bid is to establish a purchase order by means of sealed Bids for the purpose of procuring a vendor for GE operation control hardware of Engine 20 located at the Gordon Ivey Power Plant. This hardware is necessary for the operation, support and compatibility with existing systems and protections. The proposed control system will be based around the well proven Woodward, Horner and SEG hardware (Standard Control Module: easYgen, HighPROTEC, DECS250 as well as regular I/O modules) or equal. Integrate the AFR (Air Fuel Ratio) control inside the proposed LECM hardware. Re-use the existing I/O on the engine but remove the Allen Bradley AFR PLC and move that functionality into the LECM to have a truly integrated speed/load control. The following list is an example of parts and/or materials needed but is not intended to be a complete list. Vendor is responsible for any and all parts and materials needed to update the current control system and have a functioning control system for Engine 20.
