Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, supervision and permitting to construct a restroom facility, picnic pavilion, showers, drinking fountains, lift station, educational signage, boardwalk along the harbor, dune crossovers beach access boardwalks, bike racks, and shoreline stabilization as per the contract documents. Bidder Prequalification is required for all bids. Each bidder shall provide a copy of its biennial pre-qualification letter from FDEP's Bureau of Design and Construction. If not prequalified, the bidder must submit a current State Contractor license certification or registration and current Corporate Charter registration with the bid.
