Site work and paving for a civil project in Pottstown, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; and water / sewer project.

The Project Includes The Fol- Lowing Work: The Project Generally Includes But Is Not Limited To Lead Ser- Vice Verification Of Approxi- Mately 445 Water Service Lines (Via Test Pits), Replacement Of Approximately 3,780 L.f. Of Lead Service Lines (Within The Public Right-of-way), Replace- Ment Of Approximately 210 Water Service Curb Stops, In- Stallation Of Approximately 3,780 L.f. Of 3/4" Copper Service Lines, Approximately 17,800 S.y. Of 2-inch Mill And Overlay And Associated Restoration; Associated Demolition Work; And All Other Work Identified In The Contract Documents. All questions shall be submitted using Bidding Documents Website (PennBID) The Work will be substantially complete within 270 days after the date when the Contract Times commence to run as provided in Paragraph 4.01 of the General Conditions, and completed and ready for final payment in accordance with Paragraph 15.06 of the General Conditions within 30 days after the date of Substantial Completion the Designated Website Will Be Updated PeRiodically With Addenda, Lists Of Registered Plan Holders, Reports, And Other Informa- Tion Relevant To Submitting A Bid For The Project. All Official Notifications, Addenda, And Other Bidding Documents Will Be Offered Only Through The Designated Website. Neither Owner Nor Engineer Will Be Responsible For Bidding Documents, Including Addenda, If Any, Obtained From Sources Other Than The Designated Website. Bid Security In The Form A Certified Check Or Bid Bond Shall Be Furnished With The Bid In An Amount Not Less Than 10%.
