Site work for a water / sewer project in Pottstown, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.

MANHOLE REHAB - Approx. 62 Manhole locations - work will include excavating, removing existing MH frames and lids, and installing MH frames and lids (supplied by the Borough, complete) and street restoration via supplying & placing Super Pave 9.5 mm Wearing Course PG 64-22, .3-3 M ESALs, SRL-H at the various locations. Questions Due Date: Mar 29th 2024, 2:00 PM EDT Online Portal Remove material in a manner which allows for introduction of additional work with a minimum damaged edge condition of the existing road. All cuttings of asphalt and concrete shall be done wholly with a Skid Steer mounted manhole coring saw with a minimum diameter of (48) inches to provide clean breaks and wider opening for the installation of the precast concrete riser ring. d. Remove existing blacktop concrete and stone to the extent necessary. Dispose of the material off the site at an approved location. e. Existing MH frames and lids removed but not approved to be reused shall be delivered to a Borough site as directed by the Borough. Traffic Control: The Contractor is responsible for all traffic control. This shall include the posting of no parking signs the day prior to any work being done on the street. The contractor shall also supply any traffic cones, signs, flagman or barricades that are required by the Borough at no additional cost to the Borough.
