Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Pottstown, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
Ref. #: 6528 Questions Due Date: Mar 13th 2024, 1:00 PM EDT This project consists of but is not limited to the removal and replacement of roadway pavement and related items such as asphalt & concrete base repairs, leveling, drainage improvements, pavement markings, ADA compliant concrete curb ramps, signal improvements (if specified in design of curb ramps) and loop detection systems. In accordance with this contract, the work will take place during calendar years 2024 and 2025 along the following roads owned and maintained by the County. The County reserves the right to add and/or remove roads from the list below, or otherwise modify the order or priority of roads to be repaved, to suit the needs of the County at any time during the life of this contract. Estimated NTP is June 2024 with the completion date of September 1, 2024 for all paving activities. The NTP for 2025 would occur in Feb/March 2025 with completion being required by September 1, 2025.
