Site work and paving for a sidewalk / parking lot in Pottstown, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
Work will be performed at 30 West King Street located in the Borough of Pottstown for a Street Crossing for Pedestrians. Work will include supplying and installing handicap ramps, a midblock island for pedestrians crossing the street. CLARIFICATION DEADLINE 7/7/2021 3:00 PM An optional bid item to install thermoplastic brick like patterns for the cross walks and the ends of the pedestrian island. The base bid is estimated to be greater than $ 25,000.00 and the Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act shall apply. Work must be started within time stated and shall be fully completed by Sixty (60) calendar days after the start work order is issued. The Borough of Pottstown reserves the right to reject any or all bids or any part thereof in the Borough's best interests.
