Olmsted County CSAH 12 - Pavement Preservation Construction Location: Oronoco and Farmington Townships in Olmsted County Bids must be accompanied by a corporate surety bond made in favor of Olmsted County or a certified check made payable to the Olmsted County Treasurer for 5% of the amount of the bid. Upon execution of the Contract, certified checks or bid bonds will be returned to the unsuccessful bidders within 30 days Olmsted County reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any irregularities thereof. Expected Award Date:05/07/2024 Project Start Date:05/08/2024 Construction Start Date:05/08/2024 Construction End Date:09/01/2024 DESCRIPTION This Work consists of furnishing, installing, maintaining, and removing all traffic control devices required to provide safe movement of traffic and pedestrians through the Project at all times from commencement of the Work until Project Acceptance. Maintain roads and pedestrian facilities undergoing improvements in a condition that accommodates public traffic. Do not close roads or pedestrian facilities, except as authorized. The Engineer may modify the requirements for traffic control as deemed necessary.
