Disconnect and reconnect all existing bleachers 2. Prepare substrate for application of rubber flooring. 3. Provide and install minimum 6+2 full cover rubber flooring with a 6 mm minimum underlayment with a 2 mm minimum urethane coat. 4. Provide painted game lines for main basketball, main volleyball, and side basketball 5. Install new cove base, transition doorways and volleyball cover plates 6. This is a turn-key project which must be completed August 1, 2024 After the Bid Opening, no bidder may withdraw his bid for a period of 90 days after the scheduled opening time for the bids, except as provided in North Carolina General Statutes. The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids or to accept any legal bid deemed by the Owner to be in the best interest of the Owner. The owner reserves the right to not complete any Work on this Invitation to Bid. The owner reserves the right to cancel any contract with at least a [thirty] 30 day written notice.
