Renovation of a water / sewer project in Sterling, Colorado. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.

Subcontractors and suppliers are encouraged to submit offers to these prequalified General Contractors. The Project includes the following Work, but is not necessarily limited to, the furnishing of labor, materials, and equipment for the construction of the following: Base Bid Work: 1. 3.0 MGD wastewater treatment facility 2. Fine screening and septage receiving facility 3. BNR with IFAS system 4. 75-foot diameter circular clarifiers 5. Aeration blowers and blower facility 6. RAS pumps and RAS facility 8. UV disinfection system in existing facility 9. WAS holding and decanting system using existing facility 10. Control Building 11. Yard piping, service water system, manholes, and in-plant pumping system 12. Electrical, mechanical, plumbing, control systems and communications 13. Site work including grading, drainage, and gravel paving 14. Backup generator for emergency power 15. Appurtenance work The following are bid additives that may be included in the work: 1. Bid Additive A: Not used 2. Bid Additive B: Septage Receiving Station 3. Bid Additive C: Disc Filter and New UV Facility 4. Bid Additive D: Grease Receiving Station 5. Bid Additive E: Garage Owner anticipates that the Project's total bid price will be approximately $30,000,000 to $60,000,000. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. The goals set for utilization of MBEs and WBEs are as follows: MBE participation: [_6.1_] percent WBE participation: [_6.6_] percent The following goals and timetables for minority and female utilization shall be included in all federal and federallyassisted construction contracts and subcontracts in excess of $10,000.
