Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Lenoir, North Carolina. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
EB-5806 Hospital Avenue Sidewalk from Harper Avenue to US 321 (Blowing Rock Blvd.). This contract is for installation of drainage, sidewalk, retaining walls and signal work in the City of Lenoir. The Contractor shall furnish all labor and materials for the project in accordance with the NCDOT 2024 Standard Specifications and/or Special Provisions. Upon confirmation of the lowest responsible bidder, the City will give the Successful Bidder a Notice of Award. The Successful Bidder will be required to furnish Construction Performance and Payment Bonds as security for the faithful performance and the payment of all bills and obligations arising from the performance of the Contract. No exceptions, unrequested additions, deletions, purported clarifications, and/or any other types of modifications of the proposed forms, terms, conditions, and specifications may be submitted with the bid package. No information/documentation beyond what isspecifically requested isto be submitted. Any bid containing such exceptions or modifications will be deemed non-responsive, and, accordingly will not be considered. The City of Lenoir reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
