Request for Proposals For Custodial Services Bradford Academy Board of Directors seeks quotations to provide custodial services to Bradford Academy, a tuition-free public school serving children in grades pre-K-12. This request for proposal is for a 3 year contract period for which we are seeking guaranteed pricing for June 1, 2024 through June 30, 2027. Bradford Academy is a tuition-free pre-kindergarten through twelfth Grade Public School Academy located at 24218 Garner St., Southfield, MI 48033. Bids for the project should be identified by Proposal for Bradford Academy Custodial Services. Proposals received after the date and time will not be accepted or considered. The Academy Board of Directors reserves the right to accept or reject, in whole or in part, any and all proposals received and to waive informalities and irregularities. Proposals shall be binding for ninety days following the proposal opening date.
