Reference Number 0000350970 Replacement of approximately ninety (90) lineal feet of wood bridge decking at Streamwood and Valley Woods Pedestrian Bridges.Replacement of approximately 120 lineal feet of golf cart bridges at Evergreen Hills Golf Course at two (2) locations on the golf course. General Requirements - Bid Deposit Required - Insurance Required Bonding Requirements - Bid Bond 5 % - Performance Bond 100 % - Maintenance Bond 100 % - Labor and Materials Bond 100 %. All pre-qualified vendors, including Minority (MBE), Women (WBE) and Disadvantaged (DBE) Business Enterprise contractors, subcontactors and material suppliers are encouraged to bid on this City of Southfield construction project. The City reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any irregularities in the proposals. No bids may be withdrawn after the above date and time for receiving bids for a period of sixty (60) days.
