Renovation of a parking garage in Southfield, Michigan. Completed plans call for the renovation of a parking garage.
Remove the old steel door(s), frame(s) and hardware. Some doors frames are set in concrete and may require cement saw work. Doors and cement debris can be disposed onsite in RCOC metal dumpsters and concrete piles. Reference Number 0000351772 The Road Commission for Oakland County is requesting proposals to Remove and Replace Service Doors for Southfield Garage, to include all labor, equipment and materials needed to complete the replacement as specified. Lump-sum proposal pricing. Question Deadline 05/20/2024 at 12:00 AM ET All communication and inquiries concerning this proposal shall be made in writing to the purchasing agent Tracy McDonald 248-858-4796 purchasing@rcoc.org. The contract will be awarded to the proposal who has submitted the best solution to the requirements. Prospective bidders shall provide a brief written narrative pertaining to their workplan, which shall include a timeline for completion. RCOC reserves the right to determine the best solution based on qualifications and responsiveness to the solicitation.
