Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Southfield, Michigan. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and library.
Reference Number 0000354226 The project will include hardscape and landscape improvements to the front entrance and rear reading garden at the library building. The scope will include removal of existing concrete pavers, preparation of the existing aggregate base, placement of concrete pavement, installation of plantings, shade sail structure and site furnishings. The project will include plantings and adjustment of the existing irrigation system. Questions are submitted online No General Requirements - Bid Deposit Required - Insurance Required Bonding Requirements Buyer Requires E-Bonding - Bid Bond 5 % - Performance Bond 100 % - Maintenance Bond 100 % - Labor and Materials Bond 100 %. An e-bond payable to the City of Southfield for a sum not less than five (5%) percent of the amount of the Proposal shall be required with each Proposal. The successful bidder will be required to furnish satisfactory performance, labor and material, and maintenance and guarantee bonds in the amount of 100% of the project. The City reserves the right to reject all bids and to waive any irregularities in the proposals.
