Spring St., Bellefonte, PA 16823 PHCC is requesting multi-prime construction bids from General and MEP Contractors for the renovation of their future Centre County Educational Center. Pennsylvania Highlands Community College is seeking proposals to renovate the future site of their Centre County Educational Center as noted on sealed drawings and specifications prepared by Hoffman Leakey Architects and Barton Associates. RFI Last Day April 10, 2024 (12:00 pm) All Requests for Information shall be addressed directly to Melissa Helbley, mhelbley@hl-architects.com.
