The Centre County Board of Commissioners on behalf of the Department of Facilities Management invites qualified vendors to submit sealed proposals for Building Envelope Upgrades at the Centre County Courthouse. Proposals must be accompanied by a Bid Bond in the form of certified check, bank cashier's check, or bond provided by a surety company authorized to do business in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania in the amount of 10% of the total project cost, made payable to the County of Centre. Telephone, e-mail, and/or facsimile Proposals will not be accepted. The Successful Bidder shall provide a performance and payment bond for the full dollar amount within ten (10) business days from the day of the request by the County, or on the date a contract is entered into with the County, whichever shall first occur. The successful Proposer will be expected to enter into a Contract with the County, incorporating the RFP terms and the winning Proposal response, as well as other terms and conditions acceptable to the County.
