**As of June 17, 2024, This project has been awarded to GRSC,Inc, with the awarded amount of $1,985,996.30.** City of Stuart - Various Locations (Riverside Park Neighborhood Improvements). Martin County is seeking bids from licensed Contractors for the construction of concrete sidewalks, milling and resurfacing of streets, drainage improvements, on-street parking, high-visibility decorative crosswalks, bicycle racks, landscaping and lighting within the Riverside Park Neighborhood. Funds for this project are derived from a State of Florida Department of Transportation Local Agency Program (LAP) agreement (FPN#: 448307-1-58-01). Therefore, the successful Contractor and its subcontractors shall comply with all federal, state and local regulations, including, but not limited to, nondiscrimination, wages, social security, workers' compensation, licenses, and registration requirements. The County recognizes fair and open competition as a basic tenet of public procurement. Contractors doing business with the County are prohibited from discriminating on the basis of race, color, creed, national origin, handicap, age or sex. Minority-Owned, Woman-Owned, and Small Business Enterprises are encouraged to respond to this solicitation.
