The City Clerk of the City of Chillicothe, Missouri, is accepting sealed bids for a 3-year contract for routine maintenance of the HVAC Equipment in City owned properties. (The City is requir- ing the use of high quality filters.) Bid to include semi-annual servicing of units, to include service call, labor, and replace- ment of furnace filters. We are requiring that all Spring/Summer Maintenance be performed between April 30 to June 15 of each contracted year and Fall/Winter inspections performed between October 15 and November 30 of each contracted year. ACCEPTANCE AND REJECTION OF BIDS: The Chillicothe City Council has the right to accept the bid which in its judgment is the lowest and best bid, and to reject any or all bids and to waive any informalities, omissions, oversights, or irregularities in any bid.
