No Withdrawal of Proposals. The District's Board of Education reserves the right to reject any and all proposals, and/or waive any irregularity in any of the proposals received. Proposals shall not be withdrawn by any service provider for a period of ninety (90) calendar days after the opening of proposals. During that time, all respondents shall guarantee prices and services quoted in their respective proposals. Award of Contract. A contract for services, if awarded, will be by action of the District's Board of Education to the providers that meets/fulfills the qualifications and grading matrix established by the RFP documents. Inquiries and Clarifications. This document is for informational purposes only and shall not relieve the provider of the requirements to fully become familiarized with all the factors affecting the Request for Proposal. The provider is advised that all inquiries and clarifications about the RFP documents, specifications, etc., shall be submitted to the District in writing no later than Wednesday, April 10, 2024 by 4:00 PM (PDT). The District will respond to all questions received by the end of the business day on Monday, April 15, 2024. Verbal communication by either party with regard to this matter is invalid.
