Landmark Has Been Selected to Deliver This Lease-lease Back Project, for Our Valued Client, Calistoga Joint Unified School District. We Are the Selected Firm for This Project. Project Summary: the Scope of This Bid is the Replacement of HVAC Units at Buildings C, E, G, H, J, L, and N and Interior Led Lighting Replacement for the Summer Modernization Project With Includes Roofing Replacement, Sound Wall Replacement, New Doors, Flooring, Cabinetry, Signage, Painting, Stucco Repairs, Dry Rot Repairs and ADA Path of Travel Upgrades. Project is scheduled to begin June 13, 2024 with completion by July 31, 2024. All Questions Should Be Directed to Landmark, Please Do Not Contact the Architect, District, or Construction Manager Directly. All Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing Subcontractors That Will Perform Work Under the Following License Classifications Must Be Prequalified in Accordance With District Requirements: C-4, C-7, C-10, C-16, C-20, C-34, C-36, C-38, C-42, C-43, and/or C-46 ("MEP Subcontractors") to Perform Work on the Project. Calistoga Joint Usd Has Contracted With Colbi Technologies (Aka Quality Bidders) to Provide a Web-based Process for Pre-qualifying Contractors Complete the Formal Bid Prequalification for This Project, Not the Cupccaa Application. You May Contact Qbsupport@colbitech.com With Any Questions About the Use of the Quality Bidders Web-based Tool. Landmark Requires All Subcontractors to Submit a Prequalification Application. Landmark's Prequalification Application Can Be Found in the Folder Marked "Landmark Prequalification Application" in the Plan Room. Submit Landmark's Prequalification Application to Frontdesk@landmarkconst.net . The District Has a 3% Dvbe Participation Goal in Place for This Project. Dvbes Are Encouraged to Provide Proposals. Landmark is Willing to Break Down Work Items Into Economically Feasible Units to Facilitate Dvbe Participation. We Are Willing to Assist Qualified Dvbe Firms in Obtaining Bonds, Lines of Credit and/or Insurance. Fingerprinting is Required; Please Include Considerations for This Expense. All Plans and Specification Will Be Distributed Electronically, via Landmark's Online Plan Room - No Hard Copies Will Be Provided. Please Note: Any Work Claimed by the Carpenters Union Must Be Performed by Signatory Firms. This is Not a PSA/PLA Project. Labor Code Section 1725.5 Requires All Contractors and Subcontractors Intending to Bid or Perform Work on Public Works Projects to Annually Register and Pay a Fee to the Department of Industrial Relations (Dir) for Purposes of Monitoring and Enforcing Compliance With the State's Prevailing Wage Law. for More Information, Please Visit the Dir Website Www.dir.ca.gov, and Click on Public Works Projects Link. All Contractors and Subcontractors Submitting Bids on Public Works Projects Must Be Registered. This Project Requires the Use of a Skilled and Trained Workforce Under Education Code Section 17407.5 and Public Contract Code 2600-2602. Education Code Sections 17407.5 Requires the Use of a Skilled and Trained Workforce, as Defined by Public Contract Code Section 2600 Et Seq., by Subcontractors at Every Tier, to Perform Work Which Falls Within an Apprenticeable Occupation in the Building and Construction Trades. Verification of Compliance Must Be Submitted on a Monthly Basis. Reroofing 6 buildings, replacing dryrot locations and adding New gutters and rain water leaders. New LED lighting, HVAC Replacement, flooring installation through 6 buildings. Sound resistant separation wall to be constructed in (E) classroom W/ sound proof doors. Paint Campus & identify and replace exposed dry rot @ roof facias. ADA path of travel corrections as needed.
